The top of the case is black with gold trim and above the rotary dial is a simulated wood and black angle iron panel. The French cradle handset is black & brass. The housing was sold to customers, and then the telephone company installed the interior parts. Phones marked with the Design Line series have Western Electric parts inside. Those with Deco Tel on them have either Automatic Electric or Stromberg Carlson parts inside. |
