Restoring old time/antique telephones is quite a challenge because each telephone has its own unique history. We have discovered that we cannot depend on model numbers to give us an accurate picture of the telephone and its actual components and parts.

Reason: through the years, various folks make adjustments to make the critter work... things inside get changed, switched around, replaced...

Our normal procedure is to have you send the phone to us, we will check it out, and give you an estimate of what it will cost to get it in working condition - then you can decide what you want to do. If you don't want us to fix it, we will return it to you and charge you the return shipping fees, and a $5.00 bench fee for the time we spent checking it out. We charge $25.00 labor plus parts and shipping. The average total price on refurbishing a unit is between $40 and $60 plus shipping.
